PHT649 : Clinical practice in special population / Faculty of Health Science

This course will help the students to apply clinical skills and clinical reasoning in the rehabilitation of patients across the lifespan, presenting with a variety of conditions involving geriatric, pediatric, and women's health. The students must demonstrate a broad understanding of physiotherapy practice such as leadership in task delegation, implementation of evidence-based practice, and independence in providing solutions in the assessment and management of cases. This course also helps the students to integrate their fundamental knowledge through designing individual/group exercise protocol systematically based on evidence-based practice in geriatric, pediatric, and women's health conditions.
