Building defect complaint issues in Vista Alam management / Amyrul Hanif Misrun

Badan Pengurusan Bersama Vista Alam has established on 1st January 2021. Before the current management took over, this building was managed by two different managements. The first and earliest management was the developer, Tahap Warisan Sdn Bhd, after the building has been developed completely on 2014. They managed the building for three years after completion before the first Joint Management Body (JMB) took over on January 2017. In their tenure, the first JMB held four Annual Grand Meeting (AGM), discussing on matters regarding the building management and tenant issues. After three years of tenure, the building once again changes their management to the current JMB. As they have only been on task for less than one year, they will have their AGM on 22 of January, 2022.
