The Faculty of Business and Management requires all undergraduate students to complete an internship as the final course according to the course schedule. This mandatory on-the-job training is related to students' academic degree and field of concentration. The internship serves as a practical training ground, providing students with real-world experience, workplace skills, and a sense of responsibility when handling tasks assigned by employers. It aims to develop task-related knowledge, abilities, and attitudes for all students and encourages them to bring new ideas and make positive contributions in the workplace. During my six-month industrial training at Setel Ventures Sdn Bhd, I had a remarkable and enlightening experience. This report provides a detailed summary of my 24-week internship with the company, outlining the outcomes and insights I gained during the training. Additionally, I have included my updated resume based on the experiences acquired throughout the internship, which will be valuable for my future job hunting. Lastly, the report presents a comprehensive overview of the company, covering its history, organizational structure, mission & vision, and the products and services it offers. It includes a training reflection, highlighting my tasks, responsibilities, and the intrinsic and extrinsic benefits of the internship. The SWOT analysis is also included, providing insights into the company's competitive position. The report concludes with discussions, recommendations, and suggestions for future improvements, based on the findings from the SWOT analysis.
