This plot begins in Kuala Lumpur on March 1, 2022. I began my internship at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad in March 2022 and finished in August 2023. I have been given the task of Business Review, Wealth Management for the next six months. The internship aims to provide ambitious business and financial professionals with an excellent chance to obtain real-world experience and improve crucial skills in the banking sector. The main goal of the six-month Business Review Internship at BIMB is to provide interns a thorough grasp of the bank's business operations and financial performance. Interns will actively participate in the bank's business review procedures and learn about the approaches to decision-making that underpin its performance. The value of following legal regulations and upholding moral standards in all business dealings will be discussed during the internship. I have gathered all the details on Complaint management, Wealth Management, the trademark used by BIMB, and have included them in this report. The data was gathered through the BIMB website, another co-worker, my supervisors, and the internet. Following a description of the corporation, this study discusses organisational culture. The list then continues with the goods and services offered at the shop before moving on to a summary of my training reflection. The SWOT analysis of BIMB is then presented, followed by discussion and advice, and my report concludes with a conclusion.
