Safety and health at construction sites are very important to take care of as it involves the lives of workers. The main purpose of this research is to identify the importance and ways to maintain safety and health at construction sites. The data have been collected through investigations and interviews from workers in the Masjid Jamek Cina Muslim construction site. The results of this investigation have found various ways in dealing with accidents from occurring and problems that occur at this site as well as ways to solve them. Among the ways that injuries can be prevented from occurring are the ethics of wear during construction and effective safety procedure
