Tender process seems to be very important because it provides an effective way for companies to examine whether they have the best supplier available for their specific needs, while also not prohibiting the reappointment of the incumbent supplier should that company be exclusive and out the best available to provide the services required. Tendering also an important stage because it must be completed properly in order for the company to win a bid, receive a letter of award, and accomplish the tender project. Therefore, this report will discuss about the tendering strategies. Tendering strategies are very important since they can be noticed and used to great the tender before submitting it. Somehow this was among the most important considerations. The purpose of this report is to look through into policy and procedure tender costing process. This will concentrate on how to cost the procedure using construction drawings, commercial proposal and a material list. For example, if the company does not know what the price of construction materials in these days, it can lead to an error in the costing process. The methods can be carried out by requesting the quotation price and confirming it so that any errors are prevented. In addition, by not requesting unnecessary information, the company can reduce the burdens of the tendering process. Finally, it is necessary piece of it and gain knowledge about such tendering strategies as they will maintain the scoring chances.
