Abstract

This system is mainly design for the Unit Protocol under Penang State Secretariat at level 24, Kompleks Tun Abdul Razak (KOMTAR) that doing a business which related with car booking. The technology revolution has made a great impact in daily life in modern society. Nowadays, they manage a car booking manually and using traditional method (using pen). This method takes many of the times to record data search the user profile. Using this system, this problem will never come again. This project is build especially for protocol unit under state secretariat center, Protocol unit responsible to provide transport for any event or visitation. Responsible officer who responsible to this booking, Mr. Rohaizad mentioned that all data must be secret especially name who is using car. Current system is manually fulfill a form and will be update and approves by responsible officer and manages all data about application into files. It's wasting time and energy to do manually and have problem with security data. So, this system as build for protocol unit use to have online application and all process include approve a form any application also can be online. This system will improve and reduce problems and all data have security to use it.
