Practical training report at Unit Sistem Maklumat Bersepadu (USMB) Universiti Teknologi Mara Pulau Pinang / Khairul Ikmal Abdul Halim

Computer Science student in University Technology Mara must go under a practical training in any organization whether it is fixed by the faculty or by the student's choice in order to completed their study before they could get a diploma. All students must go under a practical training for about one semester ( 4 month). The main objective of having the practical training is to expose their entire student in practicing the theories they have learned and to sharpen their abilities in applying them. The objectives are also 1. To train students to get used with the working environment and in communicating among the staff. 2. To equip students with experience and knowledge while doing practical training 3. To understand more clearly and to go in depth with the field studied. 4. To give opportunity to private and public organizations to transfer knowledge and related expertise to students towards developing professional labor force. 5. To instill team work spirit and relationship among staff. 6. To employ safety measures in the industry. 7. Learning that various job opportunities that are available m the unit of organization especially in the field taken by the practical trainee
