Abstract

The main features of a clothing company that specializes in printed tea patterns are outlined in the executive summary that follows. The business wants to appeal to a wide variety of consumers, especially male and female adults who are ready to accessorize their clothing with chic and modern accessories associated with tea pattern design. TehShatsu was inspired by the current trend of combining the food and beverage into printed design.
TehShatsu is based in Klang mostly conducts business online and uses the Facebook network for marketing and sales. The company makes use of a variety of marketing techniques to increase visibility and communicate with customers because it understands the value of having a social media presence. To promote products, handle queries, and process orders, the Facebook page regularly publishes content and engages users directly through Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. The designs are thoughtfully chosen to complement the preferences and skin tones of Malaysians, providing a broad appeal among the target market. TehShatsu offers a variety of easy, straightforward, yet stylish solutions, catering to both individuals just getting into fashion and those looking for accessories for special occasions.
Efficient delivery services are crucial to the brand's success, and it has partnered with J&T Malaysia, a reliable and fast delivery crew, to ensure prompt and reliable shipping of products. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for the brand, and it is achieved by offering a wide selection of wellness and quality products alongside excellent service.
Through this social media portfolio, it outlines how our business generally determines its objectives and thorough plan in accomplishing target goals by studying the strategy in terms of marketing which includes soft well and hard sell to tempt customers. All of these elements are addressed throughout the report with detailed explanations regarding our business.
