Malaysia is a developing nation in the construction industry. Each day, the government and non-government organisations work towards improving productivity in construction industry. This has led to development of roadways, which have been presently rapidly developing. However, safety matters must be highlighted so that the road remains safe for public access. As a result, road signs are a priority and a legal need for maintaining and deterring unexpected accidents, which can even result in death.Road markings are also used to advise road users in a variety of scenarios, ensuring that traffic is flowing smoothly. Road markings are critical for traffic safety and flow. As a result, this report will describe the elements, contents, technique, and methods for resolving difficulties encountered while finishing the road line.This report was conducted for the project of “Cadangan Menyiapkan Kerja-Kerja Pembinaan Dan Pembangunan Terbengkalai Rumah Keluarga Angkatan Tentera (RKAT)” at Kem Oran, Perlis. The objective of this report is to identify the elements that should be included in the thermoplastic road line marking. Next, to demonstrate the process of thermoplastic road line marking. Last but not least, to study the problems during thermoplastic road line marking and the solutions to solve the problems.Furthermore, this report is to focus on the preparing the thermoplastic road line marking and how it impacts people life on safety side. This report also explains to the necessity of thermoplastic road line marking in daily life and emphasises the importance of safety aspects in daily life to prevent the occurrence of undesirable accidents, whether minor nor major. This report will also look at the ways to overcome the problems during thermoplastic road line marking and others detail measurement that need to be followed in details.
