A piece of sentiment / Nurul Farhanah Binti Nor Hanif

I explored local plants which have potential for producing natural dyes using natural mordants. It has been quite interesting to find that each source of natural plant can create a wide range of coloring. The variety of colouring which I extracted was applied into all my projects. The plants selected were also my source of inspiration for design. I studied each plant and its characteristics and translated the textures, forms andline qualities in my design composition. My project is free and subtle in the style of my design and natural coloring.
