As technological changes, ethical values and cyber laws are essential for understanding and maintaining the relationship among users in the Internet world. The course will focus the ethical and legal practices used in computing technologies. It will inspire computing students and professionals in applying ethical values and legal statues. After taking the course, the students should be able to understand computer ethics, Internet ethics and cyber laws research of real-world applications.
