Abstract
This course emphasises translation disciplines from the theoretical and practical aspects. The theoretical aspect will focus on the development in the field of translation in terms of its history, definition, theories and principles. The practical components of the course will immerse the students in the translation process which includes analysing the original language of texts, coming up with the translation equivalent in the second language and reconstructing in the target language.
