Abstract
This course is an introduction to the study of language and linguistics. It investigates the nature of language and considers the methods by which it has been studied. It includes the level of analysis of language structure with focusing on Arabic Language. Students are also exposed to the structure of linguistics fields which contain theoretical and applied linguistics.
