Abstract
The course is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the theory and practice in the measurement of construction works for piling, basement, external works and external mechanical and electrical works with reference to the Standard Method of Measurement of building works (SMM). students will be guided on the preparation and drafting of preliminaries items, prime cost sum and provisional sum.
