BCM613: Measurement of construction works I / College of Built Environment

The course is designed to provide a through understanding of the theory and practice in th measurement of construction works for precast concrete structures,steel structures, timber structures, block works and renovation/alteration works with reference to the standard method of measurement of Building works (SMM). Students will be guided on the preparation of schedules and draft bills of the measured. Students will further be taught to the preparation of specification clauses for materials and workmanship of the measured works
