Industrialized building system on Health Office of Negeri Kedah / Norliyana Syahirah Muhamad Radhi

This report briefly on the methods and processes involved in the health office building that uses the IBS system on the walls and floors. This report is generated based on the experiences of six months at the project site. This report is divided into several sections and begins with the company background and the background of the construction project. Hatimuda Sdn. Bhd. is a practical place occupied by the author of a six-month observations revealed that the construction of walls and floors of a building by using IBS system is not easy as in thought. It involves many person and the construction process is complex. In this report, are described briefly on the theoretical study, including the types and the advantage and disadvantages of using IBS. Then described in more detail about the methods involved and used in the construction of walls and floors as well as installation of services. During the construction process is on going, some of the problems associated with wall and floor construction to solve the perceived problems identified. In conclusion, this report can be expected to explain in more detail to the reader on the wall and floor construction method using the IBS system in practically.
