Teacher’s perspective of travel takaful: a study at Pudu area / Saiyidah Syahirah Shamsudin

Travel or tourism insurance is a must -have for consumers who love to travel or travel. Takaful insurance has grown all over the world which is also one of the economic incomes. However, why are there still many people in Malaysia who still do not take heed of the importance of travel Takaful plans. Therefore, the researcher will study the awareness and knowledge of teachers on travel Takaful and investigate the factors that influence teachers' perspective on travel Takaful. The researcher used a quantitative method by distributing questions through the Google Form application to teachers in the Pudu area. Based on the study that has been done, the researcher found that the main factor is the lack of awareness about takaful and the Takaful insurance agency does not play an important role in promoting Takaful products. Researchers suggest, Takaful agencies need to stand out again by doing a lot of advertising, awareness campaigns and introducing more widely in order to show that travel Takaful provides the best benefits to customers.
