Factors that influence rehabilitation efficiency among patients in pro rehab physiotherapy and spine center, Kluang Johor / Nabilah Sahira Aminurrashid and Nor Azrin Idayu Abd Razak

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the efficiency of rehabilitation, namely the number of health care workers, disabled-friendly facilities and technological advances in providing treatment to patients at the Pro Rehab Physiotherapy and Spine Center, Kluang Johor. This research used a quantitative method and a simple random sampling method involving 120 patients undergoing treatment in a rehabilitation center through a questionnaire. This research shows that the rehabilitation efficiency factor of patients receiving treatment is not influenced by the number of healthcare workers, disability-friendly facilities and technological advancement. Thus, the number of healthcare workers, disabled-friendly facilities and technological advancement (independent variables) have to some extent influenced the efficiency of rehabilitation in providing treatment to patients (dependent variables).
