Abstract

Generally, sufficient measures to alleviate building related accidents and ill health are not taken until an accident occurs. Then the precautions are often detrimental to the appearance and utility of the building. The safety and security of users by design and by material and component selection. Though it is desirable that provision is made at the design stage the contents are also a guide to the upgrading of existing work. The common objective of safety is recognized by covering safety aspect of the various parts and components of building. Our special view of person safety in confined to design that does what is reasonably possible to prevent accident arising from the building environment(excluding fire) and to prevent diseases arising from building materials and services, In short, this dissertation will study on the Safety Aspect for Occupant at High Rise Residential Building and it is hoped that author can come out with rationale solution and recommendation regarding the study area.
