The purpose of the research is to Analysis on Handling Rohingya refugees in Malaysia. The research is using qualitative analysis as the methodology. Malaysia is one of the popular countries that have attracted immigrants to migrate in the country especially for the Rohingya refugees. The Rohingya refugees will come seeking the help to live in the Malaysian to run away from their country because in their country their human rights are not earned, they are even oppressed in their own country. Hence, they acted to leave their country and migrate to Malaysia. The number of Rohingya refugees that migrate into the country have kept on increasing from year to year. The Rohingya refugees choose to migrate to Malaysia because the government has provided some benefits which are in terms of healthcare, jobs and others. There are also some NGO and non-NGO that have helped the refugees settling in the country. Even though there are some actions taken by the government to stop the refugees from coming into the country especially during the pandemic, somehow, they still manage to enter illegally into the country. Their action has made the Malaysian government and also the local citizens feel threatened by the larger number of Rohingya refugees in the country since the government needs to provide allocation for the refugees that are being detained. It has made the financial of the government keep on increasing and also make the local citizens feel unsatisfied with the Rohingya refugees.
