Tendering process for the provision of short-term civil maintenance services for Labuan Brude Oil Terminal at Cruide Oil Terminal, Labuan / Farah Syazana Zil Husham

This report summarizes the tender process, from obtaining the tender through submitting the tender document. It is the result of five months of internship experience. The goal of this study is to outline the stages involved in preparing tender papers based on the tenderer's documentation. There are two research methodologies used in this study to obtain more information about the tender: primary and secondary. There are two types of primary research: observation and interviews. Observations were made by referring to previous tender papers. In addition, during the interview, I connected with someone who has prior expertise with the process of drafting this tender document. The procedures to preparing tender documents are outlined in this report, beginning with receiving the tender document offer, purchasing the tender document, preparing the tender document, mailing the tender document, and waiting for the tender outcome.
