Abstract

This programme is a skill enhancement opportunity targeting students from public universities and NGOs to act as volunteers for My Sihat to promote healthy lifestyle among members of the community. A series of workshops were conducted to improve skills and knowledge of physical activities, healthy diet, body composition, volunteering, and event management. The programme was organised by Lembaga Promosi Kesihatan Malaysia, Kementerian kesihatan Malaysia.
