Abstract

This study investigates the bibliometric review about radioactive wastes around Southeast Asian. Journals coverage of the South East Asian scientific literature in radioactive wastes by using a bibliometric review. To address rising energy demands and improve energy efficiency, many Southeast Asian countries are contemplating nuclear power. By using bibliometric analysis, it can be the way to evaluate the efficiency and correlations of Southeast Asian countries, institutions, authors, document types, publication years, research areas, keywords, and languages, as well as to use science mapping to analyze the co-occurrence of keywords and co-authorship of countries, organizations, and authors that related to the radioactive wastes. The data was retrieved from the Web of Science database and was analyzed using the VOS viewer software. 42 keywords out of 679 keywords from 659 articles met the threshold and were analyzed.
