In area of city centre of Kuala Lumpur there are problems of flood happens on basement car park recently. Generally it caused of flash flood faced during the heavy raining day. Consequence of that, many building owners facing risk the problems of loss of property and lives. A flooded basement not only can damage the building's structure but it also can cause losses to the car owners.
