Without house, it difficult for them to lives in a proper condition because they need to sleep, eat, shower, change their cloths, and to gather with their own family. In that connection, affordable housing is a house that can be possess by the humanity and the value of the houses contrasts to diverse groups which is receive different level of income and classes which are decided by the government, it is defined by The Ministry of Housing and Local Government in Malaysia.
