Abstract

PFCF is formulated from a well-known computer software that is Microsoft Excel. It consists of two main parts, namely individual financial "inflows" and "outflows". The uniqueness of this PFCF is that it is a formula ready template to facilitate individual financial planning including of managing financial sources as well as daily expenses by simply typing in the amount of money in the "inflows" and "outflows" templates. The personal financial management is important to ensure one's financial success and stability. The PFCF is seen to facilitate users regardless of their age from child to adult. In term of commercialization potential, we are optimist to produce a user friendly PFCF in the smart phone application which enable users to access their accounts and record their money "inflows" or "outflows" at any time and any place. Users will be revealed with their financial status whether they are in a good financial condition which may appear as "Surplus" and "Deficit" as signs of caution level.
