First and foremost, the research topic conducted by the researcher is The study on The Factors Affecting the Demand for Unit Trust: Evidence from Saham Sabah Berhad. The contents of this report consists of several parts such as:

iii) Research Methodology
iv) Findings
v) Interpretation of data
vi) Recommendation
vii) Conclusion
viii) Bibliography

Each of these chapters will explain in detail the essential procedure as well as steps taken in order for this study to be completed. This chapter discusses the background of the study, scope, problem statement, objectives as well as research questions, limitations, significance and hypothesis.
