Religious tolerance among university student in Sabah / Ahmad Syakirudin Muhamad and Nurul Natasha Zainal Murad

Nowadays, several issues on religious rise in our country. This is not a good phenomenon for our future generation. Due that, youth should act as the future leader and mediator to resolve any conflict on religious issue. University student should play this important role when it came to the religious matter. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to investigate the level of religious tolerance among the university student in Sabah. The study also mean to know the associated factors that lead to the religious tolerance that happened in among university student. The descriptive method used in this study regarding the sample size of 200 respondent in the two university that is UiTM Sabah and UMS. This lead to the finding that all the variable had been studied related to the topic of this study. As a conclusion the result of this study found that there are moderate level of religious tolerance among university student and there are positive correlation on associated factor with the religious tolerance among university student.
