Abstract

This research is conducted to create the better understanding and also knowledge on the aspect that lead to the Sabah Football Club performance decline recently. The aspect such as the discrimination on selecting players, salary influences to the motivation on the players and also the impact of the import players can be the determinant to the Sabah Football Club performance decline. Besides, this research is develop to know what are the actual aspect that could be in every football club and it can be overcome based on the result of this study. Furthermore, a sample of 160 sample of respondents interviewed and asked to answered the survey distributed regarding to the aspects stated above. A questionnaire were used to collect all necessary data and were analysed using the SPSS Statistic Data software. All the collected data were analysed using particular test analysis to answer the research objectives. Finally, the finding and discussion of the data analysed suggest the related conclusion and recommendation for particular individual and group related to this study.
