Fire safety awareness of tahfiz buildings in Malaysia / Nurul Amerah Mohamad

The research mainly focuses to fire safety awareness in Tahfiz’s building in Malaysia. That is the objectives of this research of fire safety awareness of Tahfiz building in Malaysia that I am focus more in Kubang Pasu district. Generally, aim of this research is already accomplished which is to measure level of fire safety awareness of Tahfiz’s building due to there are many fires that happen of Tahfiz’s building. First research objective is to identify fire afety criteria of Tahfiz management. This objective was achieved where there are four (4) criteria of safety in tahfiz management which are using passive protection systems, active fire protection systems, building characteristics and fire management in Tahfiz’s buildings. Meanwhile, second objective is extent of fire safety awareness of occupant of Tahfiz. Majority of respondent are agreed that five (5) of awareness of fire that they aware such as planning for fre safety, fire safety communication, applying fire extinguisher in every buildings, knowledge of fire safety signs and uses two (2) doors in a room. By implementing these elements, it would be encouragement to Tahfiz’s occupants to be more aware of fire safety. It will discipline to the occupants as a person that having high level awareness of fire safety in Tahfiz buildings and anywhere because this is common knowledge of fire safety. By understanding the level of perceptions among occupants, researcher able to identify and knowing the extent of awareness in Tahfiz
