Abstract

The electronic mailbox is designed to help people nowadays whom always have problems receiving new letters. So, this project may help them to overcome this problem by indicating when new letters arrived and have been inserted into the mailbox. Other than that, this project is created for those who could not check their mailbox which is located outside of their houses because of the climate changes such as raining or heavy snowing. So, with the existing of the electronic mailbox, it will overcome the problem by giving them a signal from inside the houses. Our project is based on demand of the people who are busy with their works and daily activities which make them tend to forget checking their mailbox. As a result, their payment of utilities bills is being delayed. We have made many researches on electronic components that are very suitable and useful for the project. The electronic mailbox is easy to use and user friendly. This is because it only needs voltage supply to turn it on and it will automatically indicate when new letters are inserted into the mailbox.
