Measuring fun experience for children using smileyometer / Nur Adidah Fauzi

Fun is one of the concepts on measuring children experience. There are many tools that can be used to measure children fun experience such as smileyometer. Smileyometer can be as a tool to gather children experience towards any technology or product of children. The main objective of this study was to find either smileyometer is suitable for Malaysian children in communicating their emotion. The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of smileyometer as a tool to gather the opinion of children either this product is suitable for them or not. The scope of this study was pre-scholar children who aged 6 years old and educational website as the product tester. Method used for this study is user experience where the educational website has been tested to gather children experience on it. The instrument was questionnaire consist of the smileyomter and star system. At the end of this report, recommendations are given in order to ensure that this study can be further to the next level.
