Abstract

The way people communicate is changing as a result of technological advances, and teaching, learning, and research methods are becoming more diversified and dynamic as a result. The library plays a crucial role in adapting to these shifts and in discovering opportunities to use technology to foster intellectual growth and achievement for the people and institutions served. It is becoming increasingly necessary for librarians to fulfil this function during the pandemic, which means they must develop new or unfamiliar technical skills and methods to the profession during this new normal.
