Design and development of E-commerce application with SMS capabilities (using cakePHP)

The systems that uses Short Messaging Service (SMS) to provide business transactions for customers which are available nowadays mainly uses an online website whereby the user need register and enter his details, however the home users who doesn't have an easy access or who doesn't have internet access at all may have difficulties to make use such services. The businesses that provide such services may also face problems to reach these customers. The longer steps the users should take to register and order products affects the use of such a service and may make it less common among customers. This project thes to identify the key requirements for designing an online E-commerce application with SMS capabilities in order to come out with an online system that provides mobile commerce services to both businesses and customers through integrating Short Messaging Service (SMS) to the system.
