Abstract
Requirement study is one of the most important stages of a software development life cycle, as it lays the foundation for system accuracy, project scope, and overall cost-efficiency. Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) has undergone a major software development project known as the High-Speed Broadband (HSBB) project, whereby TM implemented a large-scale digital transformation to support nationwide high-speed telecommunication infrastructure. This research examines the efficiency of the software requirement analysis process adopted during the execution of the HSBB project.
