Abstract

This study presents the development of a Class Scheduling System specifically tailored for the Faculty of Information Technology and Quantitative Science at UiTM Section 17 Campus, Shah Alam. The primary objective of this system is to automate and streamline the academic timetabling process, reducing scheduling conflicts and optimizing resource allocation such as classrooms, lecturers' availability, and course slots. Developed using structured system development methodologies, the system aims to replace manual, time-consuming scheduling practices with a centralized, user-friendly digital platform. The implementation of this system enhances operational efficiency, minimizes human error, and improves overall academic administration within the faculty.
