In Malaysia the use of the tent was exist since Japan and British colonization. Tent is become a place to stay but nowadays the use of tent is not as a place to stay but as place to do an outdoor activities such as picnic, jungle tracking and so on. Tent nowadays is easy to use and portable. However the safety characteristic, design, and the material that being used still in dissatisfied level. There are many problems faced by the tent user such as leaky during the rain because the materials that being use is not water proof, snapped during the wind, bad circulation air and limited size. So that, portable hanging tent was design to solve the problem that faced by the consumers.
