Design for knowledge: HCI SIG website / Noraziyana Abas

A website is an important area of study because the websites is a primary user interfaces for netabled business, information provision, and promotional activities.A large number of information repositories (Websites) already exist and latest website are being created at a very rapid rate. There are several phases involved during the development of this research project: Problem Identification and Planning, Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis, User Interface Design and Website Development. Researcher has done the analysis through the website observation to get ideas about the design and content. This research project can be used as a guidance to develop a good HCI SIG website. Researcher has proposed to identify the content of HCI SIG website and apply the user centred design to the development of HCI SIG website for FSKM. User involvement is very important throughout the design process in order to improve the website in the future.
