Abstract

Understanding nomination among Muslim in Estate and level their understanding very concern to know. The problem of understanding cannot get from book or journal but must know from Muslim. The research about important the nomination among Muslim society. There are many factors about influence the misunderstanding and to improve must get from the understanding. This research at are*a Shah Alam and give 100 questionnaires to Muslim. Learning Inheritance that can give more impact to people nowdays. After people dead, the abandoned property though is regard as a good but it is also a test for the people around it. Almost each of them wants them but the problems is who among them is entitled? How much the right of each? Will all the abandoned properties be divided to them. That why people must know about the implication of planning estate like will, hibah, faraid. When a person dies, he will usually leave the property. In Islam, before the estate of the deceased was made, it must be ascertained that the property was the property of the deceased who conformed to the Islamic Shari'ah. Therefore, the property is not named as a legacy property unless something that has material value like land and house. Something that has no material value is not counted as a legacy such as knowledge. lawful property rather than an illegal property or bank robbery. As for illegal property, it cannot be given to heirs. The property shall be used for matters which are necessary required by the public such as public roads and toilets.
