Abstract

The common building defects found when conducting Building Condition Survey. There might be a lot more but only the major defects. In general, building defects are flaws that are awful to see and in fact they decrease the value a building should have. As building designers’ decisions affect long term quality and life cycle cost of buildings. Latter stage of repairing is equally important as to attain longest life span for a building.
