During the practical training at Gerbang Nusajaya Sdn. Bhd. Which is G7 contractor that locate at No. 6, Jalan Kempas Utama 1/1,Taman Kempas Utama, 81300 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta’zim. Department that I’ve been locate is Cost & Contract Department that being leadered by En Nazri Bin Pozi as a Head of Department and assist by En Haieral. My job was as an assistant cost & contract executive. The owner for this company was Dato’ Haji Mohammed Hassan Bin Madon. The case study that had been choose as a practical report was Piling. Since I only work at main HQ so the report was only including all about the procedure for purchasing and service. All the procedure is based on MS ISO 9001:2008 that been used by Gerbang Nusajaya Company. This procedure used as guideline to the worker and to make sure all works carried out according to the plan and smoothly. The site that been choose is PIJ (apartment project) that locate at Lot 65325, Mukim Bandar, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor. It is important for a company to has a guideline or procedure to follow. It will make the works carried out smoothly, maybe sometimes the workers will feel hard to follow the procedure but surely the procedure is made to help process carried out smooth and under control.
