However, some typical problem such as time, energy and paper waste tend to happen, miscommunication, natural disaster problems, and lastly it is hard to find a specific data rapidly because they use the manual filling system. The aim of this project is to centralized all those services that the Security Department provide and create a web based system that could be easily accessed by students using the internet. By using this system, Summons management, Vehicle parking sticker application and making Complaints could not be easier. On top of that, with the integration of Electronic Mail (e-mail) notification within the system it would increase the reliability and efficiency of the system. In addition, since the system was built using the PHP language and Mysql database the cost of using it is zero because both of them are an Open Source Software. Finally, by implementing the use of this system in the Security Department Of UiTM Shah Alam it is hoped to be a great help to ease and assists the students here to use the services provided by the Security Department without any hassle.
