Maintenance of sewerage plant / Muhamad Syukur Azizi

Planned maintenance of sewerage plant and continuing to maintain the quality and performance of the building. The main objective of this research is to identify the sewerage plant maintenance work in UITM Pulau Pinang. From the literature review, the authors have identified the key elements for measuring the effectiveness of maintenance management of key elements such as policy and structural maintenance, maintenance method of approach, scheduling and execution of work. To ensure that maintenance work performed, the policy must be clear and comprehensive maintenance. Maintenance sewerage plant inspection schedule should be provided to the upper or lower level to facilitate inspection.
