Condition survey at Perlis federal government quarters (Immigration Quarters) / Noraliana Fauzi

Jabatan Kerja Raya Perlis was appointed to handle the project from Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) which is about the upgrading and repairing works for the quarters under the federal government. I have chosen the Immigration Quarters Padang Besar, Perlis to be my case study. The quarters is one of the quarters owned by the federal government at Perlis. This project will be carrying on starting April and now it still the quotation process. The project will involve about the whole quarters area and including the defects that occurred on the quarters building. The process of inspection will be follow the building condition assessment which tell from the beginning inspection until the end. This project is really related to the building survey field which it is make it more essential for the condition of the building. Besides that, we can acknowledge the new experienced about the inspection works with the real situation of works at Jabatan Kerja Raya Perlis.
