Abstract

A business plan is a vital written document that provides an explanation and overview of the company's future. No matter how big or small the business is, all businesses in this world should have a business plan. The plan should describe the business policy, strategies and the key goals to get from where we are now to where we want to be in the future. It is also lays out a written roadmap for the firm from marketing, organizational, financial, and operational perspectives. It is used for the exterior audience as well as the interior audience of the company. For instance, a business plan is used to attract investment from other company before a company has established a verified track record or to secure loaning. They are also a good method for companies' managerial teams to be on the same side about strategic action matters and to retain ourselves towards the set targets. Although they are specifically useful for startup, nevertheless every company should have a business plan. Ideally, the plan is reviewed and restructured periodically to see if targets have been encountered or have altered and evolved. Occasionally, a new business plan is formed for an established business that has decided to change to a new path. The name given for our company is Tudung Kita Enterprise. Tudung Kita Enterprise is a partnership company which consist of 5 young Malaysians women with high ambitions and vision. The motto for our company is “Let Your Hijab Do the Talking”. The particular reason for the motto given is because of we want to change the mindset of women nowadays to not quickly judge and have a bad view for cheap hijab. When it comes to cheap hijab, most of the women will automatically doubt the quality of the hijab itself and eventually decided not to buy it. We created this motto to eliminate those kind of thoughts and let the hijab do the talking first. Only then they will see the spectacular result in terms of fabric quality and eventually change their mindset.
