Abstract

Sexual harassment in the workplace has been documented as a widespread and damaging phenomenon. Therefore, a legal study was conducted in order to analyze the problem with sexual harassment at workplace. The aim of the study is to obtain an understanding on sexual harassment that happened at workplace by doing a research on the definition of sexual harassment, types of sexual harassment that occurred and many more. Moreover, this research has been done in order to know the effects of sexual harassment towards the victim.
