The practical task that I choose how the process and what is the dilapidation survey on houses. I chose this as my case study to make this practical training report based on my own experience that I had review various types of house such as bungalow, penthouse, villa, and condominium along the 4 months in this company.For the format of practical training report are divided into several section, which are company background, case study background, comment, suggestion, recommendation and conclusion. Based on my experience either on site or in the office, the dilapidation survey report on houses is complicated especially during on site; there are many of obstacles that interfere our survey during on site such as there are a lot of dog in high-cost houses and cottage house. In this, difficult us to do survey, and unpredictable weather. However it is not too hard to make record and understood. There are many methods and process to do condition report for this house survey and it is up to the client need or the company’s format. In this report, it is contain a summary of the definition of condition survey of houses, type of houses, process from starting work until sending report, the tool and equipment, method of taking record or data, the procedure on how the dilapidation survey is done and the defect that was occur on houses. In conclusion, dilapidation survey on house are given impact on our profession, the dilapidation survey of road has proved highly effective in improving maintenance or it also can prevent unwanted accidents that will occur.
