Inspection report procedure in Hotel Perdana / Muhammad Afiq Aiman Mohd Ghazali

Generally, this report is a study on Procedure of Inspection Report that applied at Hotel Perdana Kota Baharu. This study that I’ve made is based on Previous Inspection Report that has been prepared by consultant. This report is divided into a few sections or chapter which is Company Background, Literature Review, Case Study, Comment and Suggestion, and Conclusion. Based on experience and observation at the Hotel Perdana Kota Baharu building, the inspection report that has been prepared by consultant have some weakness and lack of a few content if to be compared with CP BS101 which what I’ve learnt in lecture class before. The procedure is divided into two which is during building in Defect Liability Period (DLP) and after Defect Liability Period (DLP) are over. There is slight difference in process of inspection report prepared between the two periods. I also include with several comments and recommendations from my state of view that can fix or improve the method or format of Inspection Report.
