Abstract

The risk management is an important activity in determining the building construction perfectly during and after construction. It is very important especially to the public and workers it selves of the building. In Malaysia, we are competing with each other to build buildings that are sight to behold in the world. We should be able to retain the image of old and new buildings in the long run such as for renovation or maintenance works. The risks in construction building will high if the management not proper and not reduce early and it contributes in great accidents and injuries in workplace. With regard to this situation, the identification of risk seems to be crucial part in the process of controlling risk thus to eliminate the risky environment in workplace. This is crucial part of risk management. If the risk is not identified, it cannot be evaluated. This study will produce some appropriate steps of risk identification in the process to eliminate risk or to reduce the risk level at the workplace.
